Winter Branches

December 21, 2018

This post contributed by Margaret Jennings.

Large Crow, Gloria Baker Feinstein, Mixed Media

The first leaves of spring bring vibrant greenery; the last leaves of fall bring graceful branches. Naked branches can be equally beautiful and dramatic and our artists make countless statements with and about them, stretching across media. Winter branches are cherished, until they are replaced with rebirth.
