Views of Mt. Hood

We Portlanders are lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world. We enjoy all of the luxuries of living in a city, while being surrounded by rivers, lakes, forests and mountains. The most commanding landmarkĀ is of course Mt. Hood. This iconic feature is visible from almost everywhere. You can see it from the top story of a new high rise, from one of our many bridges, or by going just thirty minutes outside of the city, and standing at the foot of it, gazing upward.
